Roof Trivia Time!
Which part of a commercial roof gets the most attention from PCR, LLC?
A. The giant open area in the middle
B. Edges and transitions
C. Penetrations
D. Drains and drainage areas
E. All of the above (because this was obviously a trick question 😂)
Answer: E (for EVERYTHING)
Commercial roofs are systems. The membrane matters but so do the places where materials meet, water drains, equipment penetrates the roof, and previous patch jobs have been performed.
There sure is a lot happening up above your head!

It is supposed to reach 89 degrees today so naturally we want to talk about January. 😂We get it, NOBODY wants to think about heating a metal building right now, but late summer and early fall are EXACTLY the right time to start tackling insulation projects before cold weather makes the problems even more obvious.
