UPDATE: these girls have a new home and will be going off to be with their new friends and family on Saturday! If you’ve met them and want to come say goodbye, give me a shout and I’m sure we can find time for cowie kisses and cuddles before they leave…we’re aware of how popular they’ve been since they’ve been here.
Thanks everyone who’s shown interest in them, and who’ve loved them and helped keep them fed and loved. I’m so excited for their new adventure and that they’ll be together, no matter how gutted I am that they won’t be here any longer. 🙏🌻🙏🌻

I’m so sad to create this post but it’s got to be done. Through no fault of their own, we have to sell our beautiful dairy cows. We’d love for them to go together because they’re bonded, but we understand if they can’t.
Marabelle (light brown, 100% Jersey) is a sweet cow who’s confirmed bred, due date Feb 28, 2027, AI to male beef. She’s been her since early March 2026, as a second to Pippin (see below). This will be her 5th calf, she’s still in milk currently producing 2.5-3 gallons on OAD milking. She’s A2/A2, disease free (tested this summer) and can be led or called by name to a stanchion or a tie while milking. Very friendly, sweet disposition, loves getting cuddles and any sort of fruit treats you’d like to give! At calving, she produces 8 gallons per day, TAD. We didn’t push for high production because we didn’t have the customers. Delicious milk, all four quarters work well and no issues with mastitis.
Pippin (dark brown with horns, Holstein/jersey mix) has been on our farm since she was 5 days old, and she’s a s***k girl who also loves cuddles and knows her name well. This girl is SMART, and trained like a dog (she grew up with my puppy Zeus!). She’s calved twice, the second was this past March, right after Marabelle’s arrival. She calves easily on her own, is a good mom, loves her babies but isn’t super protective of them so lots of handling is possible, and has been given extra time between both calves to rest. Because of the timing of her calving this year, we dried her up pretty quickly (we didn’t need 15-17 gallons/day between the 2 girls!), and we had planned to breed her in November so the 2 girls would be able to alternate production schedules. Unfortunately, we just haven’t had the time to get the person who services our cows out here in the past 2 months, but we could if the person is interested (extra fee). Pippin hasn’t had her milk tested for A2 genetics, but given I’ve been highly allergic to cow’s milk my whole life and Pippin’s was the first I’ve ever been able to drink, my guess is - A2/A2. Pippin’s going to need some grace at first when she has her next calf because she’s only had 1 round of consistent milking and hasn’t been trained to stand this year, so we’ll be sending her off with her Kow Kant Kick bar AND we are willing to sell our (Vevor) milking machine which is only 2 years old as an added benefit if you’re interested at a very good price. She does very easily come to her name and to grain, but she’s not that fond of being forced to go somewhere so she requires a little patience to be coaxed to come of her own free will. She’s highly grain/food driven. Delicious milk, all four quarters work well and no issues with mastitis.
She was raised with goats and has always thought she was a big goat until she met Marabelle, who swiftly became her bff. She spends time grooming Marabelle and receiving grooming as well.
Our girls would be fantastic for a family farm and/or someone who’s starting their homestead and wants to have rotation milking already set up for success. They’re in terrific shape and if we had the customers, we’d keep them. We’re looking for a great family/place for them to go. 🌻🌻🌻
Feed = alfalfa/grass mixed hay, pasture, and grain.
Requirements = lots of love, kisses, and cuddles, and a little patience.
