We have the ability to get our clients out of any bad situation, whether they're locked out of their homes or they've lost their car keys altogether. But, what we really care about is providing an experience that makes them feel at ease and like they're

working with someone they can trust. We've been in business since 2014, and since then we've learned that when you build a business on treating people right, everything else is pretty simple.

Had two car lockouts today right next to two lemonade stands — can't make this stuff up.

Was out on a sliding patio door last week — customer got new mortise latch, but the existing handle/latch mechanism they had was too thick and wouldn't sit in the new latch properly.

So I pulled it, put it in the vise, and hit it with the Dremel to grind it down for a clean, flush fit. That shower of sparks is the old mechanism getting shaved down so everything lines up perfect.

The latch mechanism now fits in smooth and locks solid like it should.

Our customer's key wasn't unlocking the door manually.

He had disconnected the car battery the day before because something was draining it.

He didn't realize the door lock spindle was no longer connected to the door latch assembly.

Watch til the end for the fix.
