We can assist with the planning of your garden, siting your location, soil analysis, crop rotation, will also build custom designed garden beds, and everything in between! I just harvested about 40 pounds of potatoes from my little bed. I'm i'm going brush off the dirt and let them cure for 7 to 10 days downstairs in my cool basement. I will wash them off before I cook them. If I wash them all now, they may rot.
