Happy 4th of July!
On this day that recognizes America’s 250 years of independence and nationhood, we want everyone to have a fun, safe and relaxing holiday. As you celebrate, please keep these safety tips in mind:
• Never mix alcohol, drugs and fireworks.
• Never drive impaired.
• Light one firework at a time, and never attempt to relight a dud. Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby to put out stray sparks or embers.
• If you're on the water, follow safe boating practices, wear a life jacket and have an emergency plan.
