NOW HIRING — ASPHALT & CONSTRUCTION LABORERS

Looking for dependable, hard-working people ready for consistent, full-time work and the opportunity to move up quickly.

• $17.50/hr — No asphalt/concrete experience required; construction experience preferred
• $22.50/hr starting pay — Asphalt or concrete experience
• Fast-paced raises based on experience, performance and reliability
• 40+ hours per week with consistent work
• Benefits available after 90 days
• Opportunity to advance into higher-paying positions

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Able to handle physical outdoor construction work
• Willing to travel when needed

🚧 SE SOLICITAN TRABAJADORES – ASFALTO Y PINTURA DE ESTACIONAMIENTOS 🚧
📍 Noreste de Oklahoma

Estamos contratando 1–2 personas trabajadoras y responsables para mantenimiento de asfalto y pintura de líneas en estacionamientos.

💰 PAGO SEGÚN EXPERIENCIA

• $17.50 por hora – No necesitas experiencia en asfalto, pero sí debes tener experiencia trabajando en construcción, trabajo pesado o al aire libre.

• $22.50 por hora – Si tienes experiencia trabajando con asfalto o concreto.

• Pagamos más si eres bilingüe (español/inglés). Hablar inglés es una ventaja, pero NO es requisito.

• Si sabes manejar maquinaria o equipo de construcción, mucho mejor.

📈 HAY OPORTUNIDAD DE CRECER
No buscamos solamente trabajadores. Estamos buscando a alguien responsable que pueda aprender el trabajo y eventualmente subir a supervisor, con mejor sueldo y beneficios.

LO QUE NECESITAMOS:

• Identificación válida.
• Transporte propio y confiable para llegar al patio y a trabajos locales.
• Disponibilidad para viajar por trabajo hasta una semana seguida cuando sea necesario. Para esos viajes, la compañía proporciona el transporte.
• No tener antecedentes por delitos violentos.
• Ser puntual, responsable y tener ganas de trabajar.

⚠️ IMPORTANTE: Este es trabajo pesado y rápido. Trabajamos afuera, muchas veces con bastante calor, y necesitamos gente que ya esté acostumbrada al trabajo físico.

Buscamos personas que lleguen a trabajar, mantengan buen ritmo y ayuden al equipo a terminar los trabajos rápido y bien hechos.
