🚨 WATER ENTRY INTO THIS HOME!!! Missing Ridge and hip shingles on this roof have caused the underlayment to breakdown and a hole to form. This exposes the rafters and decking.

The deck has absorbed quite a bit of the moisture, and there is water damage to the interior no doubt. This is a common issue that we see happen after the ridge cap is blown off during a major wind event or premature breakdown from improper ventilation.
