Hold Fast Milling and Design is a fast-growing construction, renovation, and woodworking business based on a ranch in Bivins, Texas. In an exciting partnership with Texas Outdoor Homes (owned by Phillipp Jansen), we design and build customized, affordable homes. We manufacture these structures both on-site and at our main shop headquarters, shipping completed projects directly to our clients. Additionally, we proudly serve the Northeast Texas region with premium new builds, home renovations, and high-end custom carpentry. Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our crew and looking for another dedicated professional to join our team.

What we are looking for:
- Master carpentry: 5 years - Proficient in both structural framing and high-end finish carpentry.
- Renovation expertise: 5 years - Extensive experience with structural alterations, additions and repairs.
- Crew leadership: Ability to manage internal labor, delegate tasks, and maintain high standard of workmanship from the team.
- Project scheduling: Competence in keeping projects on timeline and managing material deliveries.
- Client relations: Strong communication skills to handle face-to-face client updates and resolve complaints

We have had a highly productive week across multiple projects:

- Deck Construction: We have successfully completed the deck installation. The final result looks fantastic and is ready for use.

- 700 Sq. Ft. Custom Home: Progress on our neighbor's residential build is moving swiftly. Over the last few days, both the drywall installation and the mudding phase have been completed.

- 40’ x 60’ Barn Build: We officially broke ground on this new project earlier this week and are excited to see it take shape.
