Parker Pladson was born and raised in Dickinson, ND and graduated college with a Business degree. After building homes in Dickinson, he moved to Bismarck in 2013, which is where he now calls home. He has a passion for home building and a desire for creativity that never ceases. For Parker home building is much more than a way to make a living. His passion is striving to create a home for clients that not only suits their needs as a family, but also complements their personality. Taylor Belk was born in Minneapolis, MN and graduated college with a Construction of Engineering degree from North Dakota State University. Taylor spent the last 5 years in the construction industry, in both commercial and residential. In 2013, Taylor went through the process of building his own home. He recalls the experience of taking a piece of dirt and turning it into a home that describes who you are, as well as becoming the place you can invest your hopes, dreams and future in. In 2015, Taylor moved back to Fargo, ND where he now resides with his wife, Bree, and their daughter, Brezlynn. Taylor believes that a home not only becomes a home to a family, but it also becomes a place that will create lasting memories and traditions. Being part of that process is truly gratifying and brings lasting fulfillment to Taylor. Tom Seifert was born and raised in Bismarck, ND and graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree. He was drawn to this profession for a variety of reasons, but mostly because he enjoys helping others. Tom experienced a difficult and trying construction process with his first home, and wants to ensure you never have to go through what he did. Spaces, floorplans, and layouts mean more to Tom and his wife now that they have two children. He understands that you or your family may have specific needs, and is passionate to meet those needs and provide a home that will harbor all of your future memories.
