CWSTRUCTURAL is hiring and looking for qualified structural BIM/Cad Techs and Engineering Techs to join our team in Bismarck, ND! This role will work in close collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients in a professional structural engineering firm.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare, revise, and submit a variety of structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Work on a variety of projects types including healthcare, education, commercial, and civic among others
• Design structures with a variety of materials (steel, concrete, wood, and concrete)
• Collaborate with other disciplines to create structural designs
• Learn necessary details of the plans & specifications for assigned projects
• Multi-task daily while changing direction as needed to meet changing business and client needs
• Learn and adhere to company drafting standards
• Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned
•Transfers redlines to drawings
Drafts details
•Creates plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, details, and schedules from the model
•Modeling and drafting details of varying complexity in Autodesk REVIT or Autocad
•Assisting in project set-up, including importing reference details, editing general notes, creating new file(s) and managing and linking external files
•Communicates in a professional manner
•Models and drafts without explicit redlines and sometimes with only verbal direction
