Finished a cast iron bathtub removal, followed by a new low rise tub with a freshly tiled shower. Also added extra grab handles for easier tub access

I know I sound like a broken record about keeping AC condensers clean. This cleaning ended up with over a 4 degree difference in the maximum cooling temperature coming out of the vents!! Not insignificant, can definitely be felt! Is also so much quieter now too.
It's never too late to schedule a cleaning!!

Replaced the old kitchen sink and faucet with a new granite sink and faucet. Transferred the disposal, rerouted the drain pipe.

If anyone in the Bismarck Mandan area is needing any 2 stroke oil for trimmers, ECT I have around 2 gallons of unknown brand(s) from snowmobiles/jet skiis that I drained from their oil tanks.

It's perfectly good oil, I don't take the risk that it could be the wrong type for those kinds of engines that require full synthetic oil.

Closing up an assembly week!!

Fully assembled the Purple Leaf mental roof gazebo and children's play set. Will definitely make the rest of the summer more enjoyable!

I was impressed in the build quality of the purple leaf gazebo, very sturdy built!
