Our Project Director Jeff Fox is excited to join an SMPSCharlotte panel to discuss how infrastructure challenges impact healthcare access in our community.

Jeff will join local officials, transportation leaders, and healthcare providers for a collaborative discussion focused on real-world impacts on patients, staff, and surrounding communities. They'll examine what truly matters most when it comes to accessibility and connectivity — and how coordinated planning and partnerships can help ensure healthcare remains reachable, equitable, and responsive to the communities it serves.

We hope you'll join us!

We're incredibly excited about the progress on this project that will have a lasting, positive impact on our community for decades to come!

Our San Antonio team was honored to join Associated Builders & Contractors - South Texas Chapter and Roc Solid Foundation to build a brand‑new playset for a courageous 4‑year‑old boy undergoing cancer treatment.

We joined volunteers from across the community to create a space where this brave boy can simply be a kid — playing, laughing, and making memories with his sister.

Thank you to our team members and industry partners who contributed to this meaningful build.

We’re humbled to be able to support families in our community when they need it most.

Precision and reliability are essential in healthcare environments. At The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus in El Paso, Texas, we completed a successful catheterization lab air handling unit replacement and boiler, deaerator tank, and humidifier replacement with zero disruptions to patient care.

Our team worked closely with engineers to address constructability, material lead times, and phased installation, ensuring every step was coordinated for safety and efficiency.

Whether it’s planned upgrades or urgent replacements, we help facilities navigate every challenge so their critical systems are always ready to serve the community.

We were excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the new Atrium Health Concord Freestanding Emergency Department in Concord, North Carolina.

The 11,021-square-foot project was built entirely using modular construction. This offsite construction method produces an entire building in large, prefabricated modules that are then transported to the site, assembled, and finished.

The 10-bed facility was completed in fewer than 10 months.

Meet Dusty, the friendly-faced layout expert who stands just inches tall. This robot prints digital model data directly onto the jobsite floor, quickly providing a multi-trade layout “map” while maintaining accuracy to 1/16 inch.

This winter, our project team at Huntsville Hospital Madison Street Tower — a $150 million five-story vertical expansion that adds 120 patient rooms to the hospital — had the opportunity to give Dusty a test run, and the results were remarkable.

Here’s a look at how it works, its key benefits, and the lessons the team learned along the way: bit.ly/40QypX5

We were honored to join Thornton Construction Company, Inc., Florida International University, FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, and Baptist Health to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new $158 million Helen and Jacob Shaham Academic Medical Center.

The seven-story, 163,000-square-foot facility, slated to open in 2028, will feature academic learning spaces and outpatient multi-specialty services, including same-day surgery and diagnostic imaging. These services will make it easier for the community to access high-quality outpatient care while helping train the next generation of physicians.

We are excited to partner with Stantec as the architect for this project.

We were proud to support the 38th Annual Mid-Winter Ball hosted by Self Regional Healthcare Foundation, all to create a lasting impact for our Greenwood, South Carolina community.

This year’s “Mediterranean Soiree” brought the community together at Lander University’s Joe V. Chandler Center for an evening centered on connection, celebration, and purpose.

Proceeds support the purchase of a 3D mobile mammography vehicle, expanding access to advanced breast imaging and helping drive early detection efforts across the Lakelands. With one in eight women facing a breast cancer diagnosis, initiatives like this are critical to improving outcomes for patients and families in our region.

We are grateful to partner with the foundation to support meaningful investments in community health.
