As students prepare to head back to the classroom, our Carilion Taubman Cancer Center project team was proud to partner with Carilion Children's to help local families start the school year strong.

Together with community partners, we helped surpass the goal of providing 750 backpacks filled with essentials, along with socks, shoes, and haircuts, helping students walk into their first day with confidence.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this effort. Investing in our communities means investing in the next generation.

Building the future starts with investing in the next generation.

Our San Antonio team recently welcomed high school students from Girls Incorporated of San Antonio's STEM Summer Camp to our Methodist Hospital Stone Oak project for a behind-the-scenes look at careers in construction.

In partnership with Associated Builders & Contractors - South Texas Chapter and LOGIC (Ladies Operating for Growth in Construction), students toured the active jobsite, experienced a live drone demonstration, and learned about the many career paths available in our industry, from the field to technology and project management. They also explored education and apprenticeship opportunities that can help turn an interest in construction into a rewarding career.

We are grateful to partner with organizations like Girls Inc. of San Antonio, whose programs empower girls to explore STEM fields, build confidence, and discover future career opportunities. Together, we are helping inspire the next generation of builders, innovators, and leaders.

Investing in the communities where we build extends far beyond the jobsite.

As part of Pasco County's annual Back-to-School Supply Drive, our Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital project team members joined trade contractor partners Southeast Mechanical Contractors, Right Way Plumbing Co., and Electric Services, Inc. to help local students start the school year prepared for success. Together, the teams donated about $3,000 in school supplies and contributed their time to sort and organize thousands of items for area students and families.

In total, 20 volunteers filled nine shifts, supporting this important community initiative.

We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to the students, families, and educators who help make Pasco County such a strong community.

This summer, our Nashville team members spent some time volunteering with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, sorting more than 9,100 pounds of food to help provide about 7,500 meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity.

We're grateful to partner with organizations like Second Harvest that are making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work.

Thank you to our team members for dedicating their time and energy to support this important mission.
