The Conroy Road project is moving along!!!! Every historic restoration project we take on starts with a bit of detective work. One of our favorite parts of the process is hunting down the original 1930s Board of Equalization photos—check out the tax assessor’s sign right in the front yard! 📸

When we match today’s house to that exact 1930s angle, it’s amazing to see what’s changed over the decades. It reveals hidden architectural clues that guide our designs and help us restore the home’s authentic character.

The Niblett Project | For this great 1940s formal Colonial home, we wanted to show how a small powder room is the ultimate place to make a bold design statement. We leaned into striking textures by pairing a classic white console sink with breathtaking French Marigold metallic wallpaper. The vibrant pattern and subtle metallic shimmer prove that compact spaces shouldn't play it safe, successfully blending historic elegance with high-impact, modern luxury.

To get it right, you have to put in the effort. The Gents have been bridging two rooms together with flooring and matching historic stucco. The bricks?? That’s a surprise for later.
