The Conroy Road project is moving along!!!! Every historic restoration project we take on starts with a bit of detective work. One of our favorite parts of the process is hunting down the original 1930s Board of Equalization photos—check out the tax assessor’s sign right in the front yard! 📸
When we match today’s house to that exact 1930s angle, it’s amazing to see what’s changed over the decades. It reveals hidden architectural clues that guide our designs and help us restore the home’s authentic character.
Tell us—if you could restore one original detail in a historic home, what would it be? Inlaid wood floors, original trim, or original windows? Let us know below!
