The University Center Renovations Project is a multi-phased, occupied renovation of approximately 147,519 SF, three levels of the University Center, which is the most heavily trafficked building on Campus. The project consists of selective spatial reconfigurations, where the scope includes a full gut and renovation of the space to support growing campus operations.

Our Florida team recently celebrated a major milestone: the groundbreaking of the new VA Clinic in Lecanto!

Once complete, this facility will be available to serve the 17,400 veterans in Citrus County in a space triple the size of the current clinic. Construction is expected to be completed next fall.

Watson Clinic Parkway Medical Center in Lakeland, Florida final photography!

This project consists of a 77,192-square-foot medical office building housing a lab and imaging space, including 55,702 square feet of offices, exam rooms, and imaging suites. The imaging department is fully equipped with MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound machines.
