A group of volunteers meets every Friday morning at the Corner Garden. This garden has been managed by volunteers since 1984.

They prune, deadhead, mulch, w**d, water, mow, plant and anything else that needs to be done.

We are having a heat wave. That sounds like the beginning of a song. We have been without rain for more than a week so I have begun irrigating regularly. Great Southeast Pollinator Census August 21 and 22 Today's six photos include pollinators as well as blooms. The Citizen Science project of the Great Southeast Pollinator Census is coming next month. I have been to a training session a few weeks ago which was very involved. A lot of effort has been put into this project to increase its success.
