Great news for homebuilders and future homeowners in our community! 🏗️🇺🇸
Recently, I had the privilege of joining fellow members of the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders Government Affairs Committee for a productive meeting with Congressman Gary Palmer .
As local business owners, our primary goal is keeping homeownership accessible and affordable. We had an insightful discussion on how reducing regulatory expenses can help lower overall building costs. We also tackled key factors impacting local families looking to build or remodel—including interest rates, inflation, and immigration policy.
It was very encouraging to hear Congressman Palmer’s long-term strategy and recent developments. His insights gave us strong confidence that our industry and community are moving in the right direction!
