Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting
Candidate sourcing and screening
Interview coordination
Workforce planning support
Career fair and community outreach
ATS management and reporting

Qualifications:
2+ years recruiting experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Construction or skilled trades recruiting experience a plus
Self-motivated and relationship-focused
Experience with social media recruiting is a plus

You'll help establish new projects, coordinate documentation, support job cost reporting, prepare Cost-to-Complete (CTC) meetings, process change orders, and partner closely with our Project Managers throughout the life of a project. From project award through closeout, you'll play an important role in helping our teams deliver exceptional results for our customers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys being the person others depend on to keep things organized and moving in the right direction.
