Terrible customer service. I have used them twice before and it’s been great. Tried to use them a third time and got a much different experience. The scheduler called and cancelled with me and rescheduled. Only to find they didn’t show up the second time. Then when I asked her for her supervisors number she refused to give it to me.

Muriel and I want to share some very Positive News about a local Painting Company that recently completed the job of restoring some rotted wood trim and painting the exterior of our McCalla, Alabama home. We first heard advertisements for The Painting Company while listening to the Birmingham based 99.5 FM radio station. So, after delaying the inevitable, and getting bids from a couple of painting companies who had painted homes in our neighborhood, we decided to get the third and final bid from the company we had heard so many 99.5 radio commercials talk about. We are SO GLAD WE CALLED “THE PAINTING COMPANY.”
Within a few days of the initial telephone call, Peter Pastor, the owner of The Painting Company rang our doorbell. Muriel and I were both Extremely Impressed with Peter’s honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. There was absolutely No Sales Pitch. We walked around the entire house and garage as we talked about What We Wanted, and Peter made notes and told us precisely the services his company would provide. When Peter left our house he told us he would get an estimate completed and email us his proposal.
Note: We did not talk money during Peter Pastor’s visit. However, we had previously received two verbal bids from painters as they looked up at our house while standing in the front yard. So, after the thorough walk-around and detailed explanation of products, workmanship, and THREE YEAR WARRANTY we received from Peter Pastor, I told Muriel we probably would not be able to afford The Painting Company.
In a day or two we received the email bid from Peter Pastor. The bid was very detailed. It stated the Paint and Materials to be used, the Three YEAR WARRANTY, and a Long List of previous customers with contact information. The Painting Company’s bid was $3000.00 less than our previous bids, and the previous bid Did Not Include the materials needed to replace the Hardie Board trim around two windows and all fours corners of our House and detached Garage. but, the Best part of contracting with The Painting Company was to come.
I’ve heard it said that A Company’s Reputation is as good as that company’s worst employee. Well, Muriel and I dealt primarily with three employees of The Painting Company who worked very hard at the task of restoring and painting our home. All three of those men were Fantastic. Wes, Joe, and Joey worked around our home like it was their home. Muriel received a text from Wes letting us know when they would be arriving each day. Those guys WORKED HARD! Following some days they were rained out, Wes and Joe took Muriel on a Final Walk Around to see if she approved, or needed anything repainted. Yes, I had come to trust Wes, Joe, and Joey, to the point that I knew The Love Of My Life would be safe with those Professional Painters who we now call our friends. Thank you Wes, Joe, and Joey, of The Painting Company. Also, congratulations to Peter Pastor for creating a quality company by hiring quality individuals. We will definitely call The Painting Company for any future painting projects in and around the Farley House.

Josh and Toby just completed painting my kitchen cabinets white. I've never had friendlier and yet professional guys in my home ever. They did an AMAZING JOB and even though my weird cabinets presented a few problems, they fixed them before I even knew they were problems.
