Knocking out these utility pours for one of our favorite commercial customers while they are cranking out fit outs.

Demolition of existing retaining wall falling into customers driveway
Replaced with river rock faced mafia block.
Driveway paved back in to lock in bottom row along with drainage installed behind wall to allow for proper storm water management.

Fredrick living center phase 1 complete.
Concrete and retaining wall complete
Phase 2 still to come to finish up final grade and demolition of stair case to include railing install.

Truck 7 rolls out to work tomorrow😏🤠

Another addition to our fleet to assist on our ever increasing amount of work. After a devastating blow in May, I can honestly say that this company has buckled down as a team and have already doubled our production on both construction and our hauling.
Could not be more thankful for my guys holding it down.
Time to go to work 🫡🫡

In order for the building to be properly inspected and safe for engineers to enter and assess structural damages our team was called out with a 48 hour window to strategically removed the roof and second floor of this apartment complex being sure not to damage the first floor or the adjoining building. On top of that having to deal with live gas and water lines we had to make sure this was done cautiously
Having the right guys and the proper equipment we were able to install and access road for all machines and trucks to back up to this essentially “land locked” building.
Start to finish 16 hours and 8 triaxle loads later and we’re off to the next one 😏

Between our day to day construction needs and the daily running the trucks do for our local quarry, these things have been running around the clock this year to keep up. Can’t thank the guys enough for the early mornings and the late nights because their boss wants to run

Basement addition and garage extension in Reading
Once the framings up and roofs on we will be back to cut the access door into the house and get the final masonry touches on the exterior and install grass so it looks as if we were never there
Excavation
Concrete
Block work
And trucking all handled in house to make for a nice and easy project for our customers
