Big things are taking shape in Conklin, and we’re proud to be part of what’s next for Meier Supply Co., Inc.!

We’re excited to officially share our work with Meier Supply on the expansion of its regional headquarters and distribution center.

As a longtime business with deep roots in our region, Meier Supply continues to invest in its future right here in the Greater Binghamton area. This expansion represents an exciting next chapter, creating additional space to support the company's continued growth and operations.

PDC is proud to play a key role in bringing that vision to life, overseeing the major site preparation and construction. And last week, we reached an exciting one: steel is officially going up!

There’s a lot more to come, and we look forward to sharing the progress as this project continues to take shape.

Another exciting project is nearing the finish line! 🏗️

We've been hard at work in Greene, NY, helping bring the new Mirabito location to life, and it's almost time to open the doors!

This major redevelopment brings a brand-new convenience store, expanded fueling stations, Dunkin', Subway, a drive-thru, and more to the Greene community.

Projects like this involve a lot of moving parts, and we're proud of the work our team has put in to help bring it all together.

A big thank you to Mirabito for trusting Pritchard Development Corporation with another exciting project. We're looking forward to seeing the finished space open to the community soon!

Charity has had a front-row seat to Pritchard’s growth, and she’s been a big part of making it happen.

Joining the team part-time in 2019 then full-time in 2020, Charity took a chance on a new industry because she believed in our vision.

Today, as our Finance Manager, she keeps so many things running behind the scenes, from subcontractors and insurance to taxes, audits and everything in between.

With Pritchard now a team of 50 across the office and job sites, she’s seen firsthand just how far that vision has come.

For Charity, being part of that growth has been one of the most rewarding parts of the job. And we’re pretty lucky she’s been along for the ride.

As President and founder, Brett has been the driving force behind Pritchard since the beginning. But ask the people who work with him, and they’ll tell you his impact goes well beyond the projects we build.

He cares about his team. He cares about the people we work with. And he genuinely cares about getting it right.

For Brett, a project isn’t just about plans, timelines and what gets built. It’s about listening to what a client needs, finding the right solution and making sure what they pictured at the beginning is what comes to life in the end.
