This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Team Lead Samad Keller, whose consistent effort and dependable work ethic stand out across the team.

Samad has been a dedicated part of our team for the past five months and always contributes to a positive work environment. He consistently steps up to solve problems and supports his team when challenges arise.

During his spare time, Samad enjoys hanging out with his family and spending quality time with them.

When asked what advice he would share with others, Samad said:

-Don’t be afraid to give out blessings because you will receive blessings in return.

- Pay attention, there is always an opportunity to learn something new.

We’d like to recognize an important member of our team today, Sheanesu!

We were lucky enough to have Sheanesu join us for the summer as an intern, where he shadowed and participated in many of our production and Quality Control positions as well as getting hands on experience estimating!

👷 Employee Spotlight: Braiden Nelson 👷

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Braiden Nelson, one of our Builders at Binghamton Precast!

Braiden has been part of the Binghamton Precast team for 7 months, where he builds cages for box culverts. One of the things he enjoys most about the job is the people he gets to work with. He also likes that every day brings something different — no two days are exactly the same!

🦌 Fun fact: Braiden is an avid hunter.
🎶 Favorite singer: Jason Aldean

When asked what advice he would give others, Braiden said:

“Do whatever makes you happy, and if you believe in yourself, you can achieve it.”

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Keith Barrett 🌟

This week, we're excited to recognize Keith Barrett, who has been a valued member of the Binghamton Precast team for around 8 years!

As our Facilities Quality Control Technician/Lab Technician, Keith plays a key role in ensuring every product meets our high quality standards. His day includes reviewing batching data from the previous day, removing and testing concrete cylinders for strength, entering batching data into our database, tracking material certifications across all three plants, and performing final inspections before our products head to the jobsite.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Binghamton Precast, Keith's answer was simple: the people he works with. He also finds it fascinating how concrete continues to gain strength over time as it cures.

A few fun facts about Keith:
🐱 He has 6 cats.
🎮 He enjoys video gaming and spending time playing board and card games with family and friends.
🍌 His favorite food is his wife's homemade banana bread.

Keith's advice for everyone:
"Keep life interesting and own your weirdness."
