Our crew installed a custom MYCO cradle paired with a 40,000 lb Hi-Tide boat lift—built to handle a serious offshore machine the way it should be handled.

Another big upgrade underway for one of our existing customers!

Fair Tide Marine & Construction is installing a new 40,000 lb Hi-Tide boat lift, and this project involves a lot more than simply swapping out the lift.

To make it happen, our crew is:

• Removing a portion of the existing boathouse roof for access
• Pulling existing pilings to open up the work area
• Installing larger pilings engineered to support the new 40,000 lb lift
• Installing the new Hi-Tide lift system
• Rebuilding the boathouse around the new lift and tying everything back together

Projects like this require careful planning, the right equipment, and a crew that understands how to modify an existing waterfront structure without cutting corners.

When it’s finished, this customer will have a boathouse rebuilt around a serious lift system designed to handle a much larger vessel for years to come.

⚓ PROJECT UPDATE | MARSH ISLAND RESERVE

Another major waterfront project is nearing completion for Fair Tide Marine & Construction.

We’re putting the finishing touches on the new Marina at Marsh Island Reserve, designed specifically for neighborhood homeowners who don’t have direct waterfront access — giving them their own place to keep their boats and enjoy everything that comes with living on the water.

Once complete, the private marina will feature individual docks, boat lifts, shore power and water, along with a commons area and gazebo on the adjacent property for residents to enjoy.

The marina is just one part of a much larger scope of work Fair Tide has completed at Marsh Island Reserve. Our team developed approximately 600 feet of waterfront, including construction of a new bulkhead, two boathouses, and the neighborhood marina.

From shoreline development and bulkheads to docks, boathouses and complete marina construction, this project is a great example of our ability to take a waterfront development from concept to completion.

We’re proud of how this one is coming together and even more proud of the Fair Tide crew making it happen.

⚓ PROJECT UPDATE | MONTJOY BOARDWALK & BIRD OBSERVATORY

Fair Tide Marine & Construction is proud to continue production on the Montjoy Boardwalk and Bird Observatory in Diamondhead, Mississippi.

This project includes approximately 580 linear feet of boardwalk, measuring 8 feet wide and 8 feet tall, creating a durable and accessible structure designed to connect visitors with the surrounding coastal environment.

Our crew continues to make steady progress, delivering quality marine construction built to withstand the demands of the Gulf Coast.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of this project and look forward to seeing the Montjoy Boardwalk and Bird Observatory take shape.
