GUYS! 😱💜 This a 18-YEAR-OLD Purple Shamrock (Oxalis triangularis)!!!
And get this—it's been in the SAME POT and the SAME SPOT for most of that time! Moved inside for the winter, never repotted, just thriving in its favorite corner like the queen she is! 👑💜
This beauty has been with me through moves, seasons, and everything in between—and it has NEVER gone dormant. It grows 365 days a year, nonstop, like an absolute champion!

MY 3 TIPS FOR GROWING A PURPLE SHAMROCK:
1. 🌿 LIGHT IS EVERYTHING! Bright, indirect light is the sweet spot. Too much direct sun = scorched leaves. Too little = leggy and sad. Mine thrives on morning sun outdoors and a sunny window indoors!
2. 💧 WATER & FEED WITH SOIL DIVA! Let the top inch of soil dry out between waterings, and when you do water, mix in Soil Diva—I OWN this stuff and have been using it for YEARS! It's a game changer! They HATE soggy feet, so always use well-draining soil. When in doubt, wait another day—underwatering is way easier to fix than root rot!
3. 🚫 DON'T OVERPOT! They actually LOVE being snug in their pots! Mine has been in the same container for YEARS and is perfectly happy. Only repot if roots are literally busting out—otherwise, leave them be!
Been using Soil Diva on it for years of course! It's a Montana-made microbial stimulant that supercharges nutrient uptake, and after 18 years in the same pot, that soil is TIRED! This stuff keeps my plant elder thriving season after season! 🌱✨
