We recently completed this backup generator setup. This particular install is fitted with an automatic transfer switch. This means that when the grid does go down, you can expect an almost seamless transition without raising a finger.

WE ARE HIRING:

Icon Electric is in search of a full time Electrical Apprentice to join our team. Icon Electric specializes in residential, new construction, remodels, and general service calls. The electrician apprentice’s responsibilities include completing all tasks assigned by the Journeyman Electrician, which may include assisting with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and other duties as required. Ideal candidates are self motivated, eager to learn and able to execute tasks after instruction is given.

To be successful as part of our team, you should demonstrate good time management, organization and knowledge of electrical code. Work week will range from 40-50hrs depending on the workload for the week. Candidates should anticipate daily travel in Billings and surrounding areas and must have a valid driver's license. Starting wage will be minimum $25/hr or negotiated higher based on prior electrical experience. For additional information or for an application, please email [email protected].
