Phase 1- Fill out project application on out website www.tqb406.com and send in reference photos of what you have going on and a detailed description of what you would like to do to receive a free fast ballpark estimate! If we are a good fit move to phase 2!

Phase 2- Schedule and onsite evaluation with me the owner, Curtis, where we can get everything measured up, go over material options out of our sample kits and catalogs, and get our plans sent off to the architect for 3d renderings so you can see your project before we break ground! 3d renderings start at $750 they are not free. If everything looks good and you would like to move forward we can enter phase 3!

Phase 3 - Contract and material deposits. Material deposit cost is whatever out material price is so we can order ahead of time to expedite the build process! Contracts will come over via doc u sign for review and signatures! Once this is done we can get you on the calender to start the build! On average we are 6 to 8 weeks out but do work through the winter time! During the build process you will receive detailed photo updates of every step in the progress start to finish!

Its not just about getting an awsome exterior addition added to your home, its about the experience! And it should be filled with excitement and assurance that your are getting an awesome job done!!

Ground Screw footings over existing concrete slab.

Diamond pair footings are a great alternative to IRC code compliant footings, in this case the roots from the tree made it hard to get the screws lined up exactly how we needed them.

This was a very interesting project, let me tell you why. They originally had IPE decking in these concrete holes. And as you know. Wood on concrete without ventilation is not good.
For our restoration process we did the new perlins out of Deckorators® black slate boards. Mineral based composition, no wood fibers to absorb water. Then for our decking we chose TimberTech Pros cypress advanced PVC line. This product also has 0 wood fibers in the composition for less risk of warping, cupping, ect.

We also chose not to miter around the hot tub or fire place as another effort to make sure this stays looking great as long as possible. We typically will only do miters/picture frame if we need to make a clean finished side, or contrast in colors. This setup had plenty of play for us under the flashing channels.

We had a client jump on our fall promotion going on right now! We crafted a nice 10x8 for them!

We used TimberTech advanced PVC decking combined the the hidden fastner and plug system! Heavy duty carbon steel raul system from Fortress Building Products

Another cool service we offer our clients is a project gallery so they can get updates day to day on progress and stay in the loop! This is a very good service for clients with multiple homes!!

Wrap around deck build! This project features trex transend decking, and antique bronze handrail system. It also has trex rain escape water mitigation on a few areas!
