NOW HIRING: FIELD SUPERVISOR – $24-28/HR

Woodland HomeWorks is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to help oversee our roofing & siding projects. Perfect for college students, recent grads, or anyone with field experience who wants to grow in construction management.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Check job sites before crews arrive
🔹 Do quality checks + simple fixes
🔹 Upload photos & customer sign‑offs within 24 hours
🔹 Keep daily notes updated in our CRM
🔹 Help stage materials + manage inventory in shop
🔹 Communicate daily with customers, crews & the Ops Manager
🔹 Support daily scheduling, logistics & operations
🔹 Maintain safe, clean, well‑run job sites

Qualifications:

✔ 1–2+ years field supervision or roofing experience preferred
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Comfortable with iPads, apps & basic computer tools
✔ Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
✔ Able to lift 50 lbs & climb ladders
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
✔ Positive attitude & willingness to learn
