Well, bouncing around a lot lately trying to check some builds off the list. This house build is basically complete other than the custom cedar timber framed front open porch roof. Cedar is being sawed and in the meantime, off to another. Some minor final interior touches but clients are about to move on in.

That's a wrap on the 24x40. Andy’s Garage Door, Awning & Screens did great on the overheads. Tru North Electric just roughed it all in and ready for final. In-between 5 open jobs, its nice to close 1 folder. Congrats to the owners of this garage, bunk room cabin. Its all yours now. On to the next.

Fun garage build. 24x40 with 9 foot walls. Andy’s Garage Door, Awning & Screens will be installing 2-9x8 overheads when they come in. Thanks A - 1 Concrete & Masonry for the great slab to build on. The Diamond Kote siding and Thermo-Tech windows are ordered and so we venture to another job until the goods arrive. Also, Tony with Tru North Electrical always makes it happen to get us temp power until the real deal goes in so thanks for that. Thanks T@T excavating on the great site up on a mountain.

Hi guys. We are behind on some pics for sure. Started this tall wall house back on Dec 1st. Many days of frozen fingers and toes, shoveling snow every other day, air hoses not working due to the cold, but we managed once again and got it dried in before the true winter hit. Thanks to Powell Excavating for a nice site and booming the vaults up for us, Northern Air Plumbing & Heating for getting us fit in within your busy scedaule, North Country Insulation for doing a great job on the spray foam. Lots more inside pics shortly but we had to pull off and go to our big remodel while waiting for Floor to Ceiling to get the flooring installed. Has been a fun project. Siding this week. Should have them moved in soon.
