300+ trees removed. 400+ stumps ground. One heck of a transformation in Olney.

We wrapped up this phase of a large thinning project today, removing more than 300 trees and grinding 400+ stumps throughout the property.

The goal wasn’t just removing trees. It was opening up an overcrowded stand, improving the property, reducing fuels, and setting it up for the years ahead.

And we’re not quite finished.

We’ll be back at the end of October when burning season is underway to burn the two remaining slash piles and limb up dead branches to further improve the customer’s view. More thinning is already planned for the spring.

Best part? A very happy customer who gets to enjoy the difference every time they look out across their property.

Big project. Big transformation. Proud of the crew for knocking this one out.

We did this fun three day job earlier this week. We cleaned up 21 trees that were blown over in last Winter’s wind storm. We had one tree uprooted that was caught in another that we safely rigged out and a heavily mistletoed Fir leaning towards the house the customer wanted removed. We pulled all of the stumps and hauled them away. Grateful for a job well done by my crew.

We completed this job in Whitefish on Lions Mountain. We had zero equipment access. Used the Morbark 2131 to winch all ten trees up the mountain side and broadcast the chips back out. It really opened up the view of the lake for this home owner. We had a black bear visit us as well.

We had a visitor on the job site this morning on Lion Mountain in Whitefish.

A thinning job we did last week in Whitefish for a new build. Over 300 trees 40’ and under taken out. The high stumps are for the excavator to rip out for the drain field. Monday we start a week long project up Lion Mountain in Whitefish.
