Last week, we celebrated a major milestone at ’s Porsche Boston with the official topping-off of the structural steel. Despite winter conditions and the complexity of a zero-lot-line site, our team continues to push forward. The project remains on schedule for a March 2027 completion and will be our 14th project with Herb Chambers.

This 90,000-SF, multi-level, ground-up Gen 5 Porsche facility will be the first of its kind in Massachusetts—built to Porsche’s latest Image Program standards.

• 636 tons of structural steel installed
• 91,000 SF of decking
• 55 tons of roof joists

Steel is rising in the heart of Boston at Porsche dealership—and precision is everything.

Built on a true zero-lot-line site, this project leaves no room for error. Our crane operates entirely within the building footprint and is repositioned every three sequences as the structure climbs. Add in unconventional building angles, tight logistics, and just-in-time deliveries, and every move has to be intentional.

This drone footage captures the momentum of steel going up—and we’re closing in on topping off. Big credit to the team for making the complex look seamless.

We’re excited to share that is officially open on the Upper East Side! This marks our second collaboration with the Eataly team, and we’re proud to have helped bring their newest neighborhood café to life at 1122 Lexington Avenue—a compact, thoughtfully designed space that reflects the growing shift toward small-format retail in Manhattan.

From early coordination through final fit-out, this project was a true team effort—driven by collaboration, creative problem-solving, and a shared commitment to delivering an experience that feels unmistakably Eataly.

Congratulations to Eataly on this milestone opening. We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to what’s next.
