This week we had the pleasure of working with some of our favorites! We've done multiple projects for this couple, but this week we painted the exterior of their home.
Facia, soffit, gutters, walls, trim and doors!!
There was no color change, just reviving a home to is happy shine!

We painted the front of the building, "just a freshen up!"
On the inside we painted ceilings and walls, SW9526 Wollen Mittens and nice neutral green. We gave the trim a fresh coat with SW6000 Snowfall.

We did an upgrade in 3 different areas of this home. The first area was the master bedroom ceiling. We added a trim around the lower edge of the ceiling tray and then some crown. Adding depth to the tray.
In the piano room we added picture frame molding to the walls to visual texture to the room.
Finally in the office we added the trim and crown to the tray ceiling and the inner picture frame molding with inverted corners to add more texture to the room. Finished it off by color drenching the room. A matte finish on the walls and ceiling and a satin finish on the doors and trim work.

Another crown job! This is a double stage crown. The crown at the top of the wall then down 2.5" we put a chair rail up, painting the entire area in the semi-gloss trim paint giving the effect of a large piece of trim!
