This project in Laurel, MD included a full deck replacement, a new 4ft vinyl fence and a patio area to help tie the backyard together.

The old deck was in very bad condition and didn’t have stairs, so the new composite deck was built longer, up to current county code requirements, and connected directly to the new patio below.

A full outdoor upgrade designed to make the backyard easier to access, safer to use, and more comfortable for the family.
