The Berwick Community Garden is participating in the annual , a 30-day fundraising challenge running from November 15 to December 15, and we would really appreciate your support.

In addition to keeping 100% of the funds we raise from individuals like you, we have a chance to win a challenge grant of up to $1000 from SeedMoney based on how much we raise over the course of the 30-day challenge period.

Eight hours of canning the last of what came out of the garden before before our hard frost earlier in the week. I made green tomato relish and green tomato chutney. We eat a lot of curries and we love some yogurt and chutney on top. This ought to get us through till harvest next year. We love eating organic and local❣️

It was a challenge since I gave away all my canning stuff before we left Oregon. We have an induction stove so I have limited pans. I made it work using my InstaPot on the sauté setting with the lid just barely on and the oven to heat the jars. Where there is a will…🤗
