Progress is coming along beautifully on this oceanfront home. The left and center sections on the deck side are now complete. Using Benjamin Moore Aura Low Lustre on the siding and Aura Satin on all trim, with two full coats applied to each surface for maximum durability and coverage. Also upgrading a lot of trim work in the process that has rot with PVC trim.
Proper preparation is critical on coastal homes. Every section is being thoroughly pressure washed, treated with a specialized cleaning solution, scrubbed, and properly primed where needed before any paint is applied.
The homeowners chose to upgrade to a much darker and richer color called Wolf Gray by Benjamin Moore giving the home a bold new coastal look. You can really see the transformation when comparing the completed left side to the far right side in the final photo.
