I started 2026 with a resolution to get back into my wood shop after many years. My efforts have focused on using up my extensive collection of scraps and leftovers from previous projects. Small pieces of wood lend themselves perfectly to lamp bases and end tables. And a box full of glass from previous projects can easily become lampshades. I started strong, making all these pieces in January through May. Finally got around to photographing them. Now I guess I need to sell something before I make more, though a couple of these pieces have found a place in our home.
