Here is a quick look at our owner and manager, his roots, and what drives his passion for serving Berne.

The Family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
Wife: Kristen (married 15 years!)
Sons: Aven (14) and Ryland (11, almost 12!)

Background & Experience 🛠️
Born and raised right here in South Bend, IN.
Purdue Engineering grad + Indiana University MBA.
Got his start at Carrier—one of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the country—and spent 20+ years mastering engineering, quality, operations, sales, and IT across Carrier and International Paper.
