**Hey Berlin! 👋**
We're **Priority Fitness**, and we're right here in the Industrial Park.
What we do: install and service fitness equipment. Home gyms, commercial gyms, schools, hotels, rec centers — treadmills, racks, full facility builds. We haul it, install it, maintain it, repair it, move it, tear it down. Our crews are on the road all week making it happen.
First photo is our team. It's already outdated — we've added guys since, and we're not done. Second photo is one of our builds, because we'd rather show you than tell you.
The goal is simple: **build something great, right here in Berlin.** Real jobs, real work, for local people who want them. Every job we book is another reason to bring somebody else on.
**Which brings us to this — we're hiring, and we're picky.**
We're not looking for warm bodies. We're looking for people who want to be great at something. Who take pride in a clean install. Who notice the little stuff nobody else notices. Who want to look at a finished job and feel good that their name's on it.
If that's you:
- Moving heavy equipment — it's real physical work
- Driving truck and trailer or box truck
- Comfortable with tools
- **Detail-obsessed** — this job lives and dies on the little things
- Travel and overnight jobs
- 35–45 hours a week
No fitness industry experience needed. We'll teach the equipment. We can't teach caring.
