Wethersfield, CT - Here’s some progress shots of another great storage campus going vertical. This temperature controlled facility consists of your standard lighting, power and fire alarm systems. However, this project will also include a 1200amp electrical service, which will provide capability for multi-family living. A new concept the ownership group will be rolling out.

Existing 1600amp Electrical Service Removal and Re-Installation, transitioning to a new 1600Amp Service with multi-tenant meter bank and sub-section service to a historic ballroom. Tray Cable Feeder Riser deriving from Eversource’s Utility Vault. Excellent work by the NECS team making this happen while on temporary generator power and no interference.
