Another satisfied customer. Before and after. Job #2 for the same customer this season. They wanted access to the loft in the garage for storage. At first the stairs were going to be built inside the garage, but then they realized they wouldn't have room to park there vehicle and toys. So they asked us to put it in the back on the outside. We built a landing, stairs, removed a window added a door. Also gave there cat a way in to avoid hot sun and cold winters when there not home.

We dropped everything we were doing to help these customers. She's buying a property. And because there was a half dismantle out building and unsafe debris. The sale could not be final until the area was cleaned up. So we took the time with the help of heavy equipment we were able to get her to close early next week.

A few weeks ago I received a phone call from a local general contractor to see if we would be interested in sub work to help them meet deadlines. This company is very well know with an unbelievable reputation that has been doing quality work for decades.

Unfortunately the first job they wanted us to tackle does not work within our schedule as we also have deadlines. They will be calling again with details and time frame with the next job. Hopefully it will work in our favor.

August is booked as we have a full hunting camp to renovate. It is a shell but will be a liveable camp once were done. This will bring us to mid or late Sept. With a full bathroom reno after that.

We have a full schedule from now til mid October. So if your looking to get that something done before winter now is the time to get it on the schedule.

We are still scheduling small maintenance jobs as well. Call us for you next project no matter the size we can help.

Anybody looking for a summer job. Valley Carpentry and Maintenance still has an immediate opening for an individual with a valid drivers license to assist in lawn maintenance. Must be experienced in running push mowers , riding mowers and trimmers. Some knowledge of brush trimming is helpful. This is a high demand position and can be hot. This is a part time position that could be full time hours on occasion. May even work in the field as a laborer as we have work into winter.
