We added this two car garage under which was alittle tricky being that it was 30” below the existing foundation. We had to underpin it in small sections to support the existing structure so that it wouldn’t lose its structural integrity. The home owner wanted all the fill to be spread on site to give them a more usable side yard. We repurposed some boulders to make the retaining walls prepped the driveway area. We’ll be back at the completion of construction to spread the loam.
