Local delivery that keeps the job moving
You shouldn’t have to leave the site — or lose a morning — just to pick up material.

Truitt & White delivers special orders and building materials straight to your job. Flatbeds handle lumber and supplies.

Enclosed box vans handle windows and doors so they arrive clean and protected. Large loads can roll off with a 20′ flatbed and piggyback forklift.

Everything is curbside, on a two-hour window, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
That is time back on the tools. Your crew stays on the work. The material shows up when you need it. The job keeps moving.

Walk the house on a dry afternoon and check:
Windows & Doors: El Niño Winter Prep | Bay Area Guide

This is not a typical dry Bay Area winter. NOAA has El Niño in place for 2026–27, with a strong chance the heaviest stretch lands November through January. Wind-driven rain finds the weak spots first — and those spots are usually windows and doors.
You don’t have to replace everything before the first storm. Start with the seals.

Door sweeps that no longer touch the threshold
Weatherstripping that’s flat, cracked, or missing on the sides and top of exterior doors
Failed caulk and tired glazing seals on west- and north-facing windows
Head flashing above older windows and doors (especially homes built before pan flashing was standard)

A new sweep and fresh weatherstripping is often an afternoon project and the highest-return fix you can make. If a unit is fogged, stuck, or still leaking after the seals are right, that’s when we talk Marvin replacements that will actually hold through a wet winter and meet Title 24.

Our factory-trained technicians service the brands we carry—including Marvin—and can evaluate or repair malfunctioning doors and windows. Whether it’s an adjustment, weatherstripping, a screen, or a product issue under warranty, we’ll take a look and walk you through next steps.

• Complimentary Marvin warranty service covers product defects for one year after purchase

• After that, service is billable (starting at $180 per visit)

• We service the units themselves—we don’t install, but we’re happy to refer trusted contractors

Door Shop & Milling

A door that fits the opening—and the house—is rarely an off-the-shelf moment. That’s what our Door Shop and Mill are for.

Truitt & White’s craftsmen hang doors and build assemblies from a simple single leaf to multi-door units with sidelites and transoms. We handle labeled fire doors, custom sizing and reblocking in wood and fiberglass, matching preps, custom jambs, lock and mortise work, louver and lite cuts, and jobsite measuring when the opening needs a second look.

In the mill, the same shop can cut, rip, and shape the wood we sell—scrolled beam ends, corbels, rail caps, stair stringers, and other details that don’t come ready-made.
