🔥 ANOTHER DAY IN THE TRENCHES 🔥
Today was a blood-boiling kind of day. Things definitely didn’t go the way they were supposed to, obstacles kept stacking up, and tempers were running high. But that’s when a good crew shows what they’re made of. 💪
Instead of letting the frustration take over, the crew stayed level-headed, focused, and determined. Every obstacle that got thrown our way was met head-on. We may not have had the easiest day, but we kept pushing forward and got the job moving in the right direction.
And on the bright side… the homeowner absolutely came through for the crew! 🍕🔥 Delicious pizza and iced-down Gatorades kept everyone fueled and hydrated. That kind of generosity is greatly appreciated!
Tomorrow is a new day.
We’ll be back at it, tools in hand, ready to hammer down and get it done. 💪🔨

Today was another BIG challenge for the crew, but they’re taking it one step at a time and getting the job done. 💪🏗️

The first obstacle was having to dig through nearly 3 feet of sand just to establish a level working area before we could even begin addressing the foundation issues.

From there, the crew started carefully demolishing the existing retaining wall, opening up enough space to get the excavator into position. Working in a tight area like this takes patience, precision, and a whole lot of hard work.

And the dirt? There’s a LOT of it. Every bit of fill needs to be removed, moved, and strategically stacked so it can be reused later in the project.

This job is definitely testing the crew, but they’re not backing down. No shortcuts. No rushing. Just good, hard work and doing it right.

The obstacles may be big, but so is this crew’s determination. When they’re finished, this job will be done the right way—and done to perfection. 💪🔥

Late start this morning due to the weather, and unfortunately, the rain didn’t want to let us continue our progress on this wall.

Today’s mission was all about preparation. 270 blocks had to be moved from the front of the house down into the basement. The crew was drenched in sweat, and there was a LOT of heavy lifting involved to get everything prepped and ready for tomorrow’s game plan.

I’ve got nothing but mad love and respect for this crew. On such short notice, you all stepped up, put in the work, and still accomplished everything we needed to get done today.

I’m beyond proud of every one of you. 💪🏼🔥

Blessed beyond belief. 🙏🏼

The wall has been successfully demolished, everyone went home safe, and the house is secure for now.

We have a few things to prep tomorrow, and then we’ll be ready to start laying new block on Saturday — that is, if Mother Nature decides to cooperate!
