I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to everyone who may not know me.

My name is Robbie Puckett, and I’m the owner of Ascend HVAC. We’re a family-owned business right here in Madison County, and being able to serve our community and the surrounding counties means more to me than I can put into words.

Family is everything to me. I’m blessed with my little boy, Grayson, my little girl, Ainsley, and their beautiful mother, Kayla. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me fixing up old vehicles, riding around, or spending time with family and friends.

I’ve always enjoyed heating and air, and owning my own business has been a dream of mine for a long time. Ascend HVAC wouldn’t be where it is without the people who have supported us, recommended us, shared our name, and trusted us in their homes and businesses. I truly appreciate every single one of you.

One thing you’ll learn about me pretty quick is that I have a hard time saying no when someone needs help. I want to repair every HVAC system I can and help as many people as possible. Sometimes that means my schedule gets packed, so I ask everyone to be patient with me. My guys and I work long hours trying to keep every promise we make and get to every customer in a timely manner.

Will I always make everybody happy? Probably not. But I can promise you this: we care, we work hard, and we’re going to keep doing everything we can to take care of our customers.

Owning a business means the work doesn’t always stop when the sun goes down. Just me, a stack of Oreos, some milk, and getting a few more estimates knocked out for our customers.

Never forget where you started. 💯

I didn’t leave ProTech because it was a bad company — I left because I had a dream of building something of my own.

I’m thankful for where I came from, what I learned, and the people who helped me along the way. That experience helped shape the person and business owner I am today.

Now seeing Ascend HVAC parked beside where part of my journey started hits a little different.

No bad blood. No disrespect. Just growth, hard work, and chasing a dream.

Never forget where you came from — but never be afraid to see how far you can go. 🙏🏼
