Hard job. Completed. 💪

This lakefront deck had a thick layer of concrete and mortar bonded down tight, with mesh running all the way through it. Our crew broke it up piece by piece, hauled every bit of it out by hand and left the deck down to clean plywood, ready for the next phase.

Concrete removal is some of the toughest work we do, and it's exactly the kind of job we love.

This whole floor was coming out, and we took the kitchen with it. 🔨

This lake house had hardwood running through the living room, kitchen, entry, hallway and bedrooms. The homeowner was ready for something new, so we pulled up every board, down to the original plank subfloor.

We also handled the kitchen demolition. The cabinets, countertops and island all came out, leaving the walls and floor wide open for the new layout. The bathroom vanity went too.

When we leave, the next crew doesn't have to fight old glue, nails or debris. They walk into clean, bare subfloor that's prepped and ready for the new floor to go down.
