ARCO Excavation & Paving is continuing to grow across Northwest Arkansas, and we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

If you have a strong background in excavation, site development, utilities, paving, or heavy civil construction — we want to hear from you.

At ARCO, you’ll play a key role in helping our team successfully bid and deliver commercial construction projects throughout the region. We’re looking for someone who is organized, driven, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with our production and leadership teams.

What you’ll be involved in:
▪ Reviewing plans, specs, and bid documents
▪ Developing accurate takeoffs and project estimates
▪ Coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing
▪ Assisting with budgeting and pre-construction planning
▪ Supporting successful project ex*****on from bid to build

What we’re looking for:
✔ Construction estimating experience required
✔ Knowledge of excavation/site development preferred
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
