We are looking for a skilled and motivated CAD Technician / Draftsperson to support the development of construction drawing sets, to help bring bike parks, action sports facilities, trail systems, and outdoor recreation projects to life.
You'll work alongside our landscape architects, bike park designers, trail planners, and construction teams on projects across the U.S. and beyond.
๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โช๏ธPrepare assemble construction documents (CD) sets, including site plans, grading plans, elevations, cross-sections, and technical details.
โช๏ธDevelop construction details for complex and non-standard site features, concrete geometry, retaining elements, and custom steel fabrication.
โช๏ธUtilize 2D drafting and 3D modeling software to refine designs and solve construction challenges.
โช๏ธTranslate design concepts, sketches, surveys, and field data into accurate, and well organized plans.
โช๏ธMaintain CAD standards, drawing organization, and quality control across project documentation.
โช๏ธCoordinate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to accurately communicate design intent.
๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
โช๏ธGraduated from (or enrolled in) CAD program.
โช๏ธProficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Civil 3D preferred).
โช๏ธStrong understanding of construction detailing, line weights, sheet organization, complex geometry, and plans/profiles.
