This is a cap-and-trim privacy fence. The top cap and trim boards frame the pickets and give the entire run a cleaner, more finished look than a standard privacy fence. You can see the difference in top treatment clearly next to the traditional fence beside it.

Not every fence project is about a backyard. Sometimes it's about protecting the equipment that keeps a business running.

We installed this black chain link enclosure around a row of HVAC units at a local business. It creates a secure barrier around the equipment while still allowing airflow, visibility, and access when needed.
