We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work and take pride in what they do.
Expectations:
• Show up on time every day
• If you’re going to be late, you must notify us at least 30 minutes beforehand
• Reliable transportation is required
• Be willing to learn and proactive
• Unpaid sick leave is permitted with a doctor’s note. Calling in sick right before your shift without documentation will not be excused
• This is landscaping—not a spectator sport. You’ll lift, dig, shovel, haul, sweat, and get dirty. We need people who can work hard all day without needing to be babysat.”

Employment Terms:
• 30-day probation period for all new hires
• After 30 days, pay may increase based on performance
• Pay is every Friday, even if the workweek ends early due to a holiday or bad weather
• No exceptions on paydays — we do not offer payday advances
