An insight of the new Taco Bell located in Hyde Park. A very beautiful 2000 SF buildout in the heart of Hyde Park in a multi unit building. All ac units and exhaust fan, black iron went up the roof.

Retrofit/ commercial addition/ alteration of a 14000 SF building in Arlington Heights done in a record time. A little over 7 months of hard work thru COVID era . A very good amount of site work was done in parallel with the building and constitute of removing a hill and setting an 3500 CF underground storm detention vault from Storm Trap ; over a 1000 loads of dirt were moved.

Our team has completed a ground up Taco Bell Restaurant in the South Side of Chicago, built on a former gas station. In the process we removed two 10000 gallon tanks and disposed all contaminated soil. A very good looking building adding value to
the neighborhood.
