Another Reno completed by M. Colisto Enterprises LLC!

This project started with major ceiling and wall damage from a busted pipe that required a complete rebuild from the inside out. We removed, reframed & replaced the entire ceiling, installed all new drywall throughout the room, and upgraded the electrical to support a brand-new ceiling fan installation.

All new LVP flooring & base to give the space a clean, modern finish. In the bathroom, we replaced the entire ceiling, repaired the walls and professionally glazed the tub to bring everything back to life.

The end result is a fresh, updated space that looks completely transformed from where it started. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and making homes feel brand new again.

This project was a full renovation from top to bottom. We converted the old bathroom into a clean, modern walk-in shower setup built to last.

Recently Completed in📍Philadelphia, PA.

We thoroughly renovated the facade of this Philadelphia row home. The existing doors were outdated, non-functional, and a complete eye sore.

Reframed the opening to accommodate a new steel-insulated exterior door and installed an Anderson series half-glass storm door with a retractable screen. 🚪

Installed new vinyl siding and completed the project with 2 fresh coats of Sherwin-Williams “Real Red” paint on the new exterior door.🎨

New insulation & drywall on the interior, Rerouted the dryer ventilation & added a hose bib in a convenient location 💦

Wrapped up another full bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. 🔨✨

This was a complete gut job—everything from the plumbing to the electrical was redone from the ground up. One of the biggest upgrades was converting the old tub into a modern walk-in shower, which completely transformed the space.

Happy we got to make a little impact on such a big project !

We installed all the slot walls for clothing displays 👔👗👚

Fished a couple hundred feet of MC cable for multiple dedicated circuits used for commercial refrigerators & other units ⚡️

New breakers and outlets throughout 🔌💡

Cleaned up a bunch of Uh-Oh’s hidden in the drop ceiling. 😃

If you haven’t checked out the shops on Mill you’re missing out ! They have everything you could imagine and so many creative vendors!! Stop in when you can ! 🛒🤑🛍️

Got a call from buddy who referred me to an investor trying to turn a bigger sized house into a split unit. Only thing it was missing was a laundry room upstairs. A few keyed entry doors & A little love. Was a bit tricky but we were up for the challenge !

Added all new plumbing & ventilation on the 3rd level

Framed and built a complete laundry room for stackable unit. Installed washer/dryer 🧺

Ran new dedicated circuits for washer & dryer ⚡️

Framed & installed 2 steel insulated doors for split level units 🔐

Added a Tv & mount for upstairs bedroom along
laundry room wall with new outlets 📺
