3 day turn around time. I definitely forgot to post a before picture. New Moen shower faucet, new shower pan, water proofing system, tile and grout. All tile products on this job can be found at floor and decor.

Heres a beautiful awning we just built. Carriage Bolted the beam to our post. Post are notched to take the load and no room. Rafters are cut to perfection for that amazing birds mouth as well as the rafter tails for an accurate straight facia. Leadger anchored to the brick wall. All rafters have adjustable hangers for any roof pitch. Hurricane ties from the beam to the rafters.
We rerouted the electrical lines slightly. Installed a junction box were the exterior light was. Added a ceiling fan while moving motion light to the facia.

Big shout out to Matt on this collaboration project.
There's a whole lot of fine details on this project. Complete remodel down to the studs! All tile products are from floor decor. This is a weedi shower system with a linear drain.

Ceramic patterned tile, charcoal superior grout, uncoupling membrane substraight, 1/4 round and reset all plumbing fixtures.

This laundry room was another tear out of Lvp. Installation of Ditra sub straight. We set patterned porcelain tile, extra wide threshold, bright white superior grout, 1/4 round trim and reinstalled the washer and dryer. All these tile products are available at The Tile Shop.

Beautiful patterned tile. Substraight is a Schulter uncoupling membrane. This tile, grout, and threshold is available at The Tile Shop. We also installed primed wood 1/4 round trim.

Heres a bathroom project we only installed tile and did some light plumbing. This project turned out absolutely beautiful!
